- How many devices can a traXR license be used on?
- traXR can be used on as many devices as you want. All data is recorded through the desktop application and pricing is based on the number of swabs carried out.
- Do I need different licenses for each platform?
- There are two versions of the app, one for HoloLens and one for mobile. These require separate licenses as they have different levels of features.
- How many users can traXR support?
- traXR can support an unlimited number of users at no extra cost.
- Do I need a Microsoft 365 account to use traXR?
- traXR uses Azure Active Directory to manage logins, this includes Microsoft’s Office 365 accounts.
- Is traXR cloud-based or on-site?
- traXR requires a desktop application to be installed locally on your PC to administer swabbing schedules and manage data. However, all data captured is stored in the cloud using Microsoft Azure.
- How is my data secured?
- We use state of the art 256 bit AES encryption for stored data and HTTPS for all connections.
- Which devices and platforms are supported?
- For mobile, we currently support Android devices that are Android AR Core compatible. For head-mounted devices, we support HoloLens2 and for desktop, we support Windows 10.
- Does traXR require an active WiFi or internet connection?
- traXR does require an internet connection at all times, although intermittent losses can be handled.
- How do I setup traXR? How long does it take to set up?
- To setup traXR, we need to upload existing plans of your facility to the desktop app and set up your current or planned swabbing schedule. Depending on the size of the facility this can take 3-5 days to implement.
- Does traXR integrate with my existing pathogen testing service?
- We have an API that can be used by 3rd party or in-house labs to implement seamless data transfer. Our preferred laboratory is Eurofins.
- Does traXR integrate with other software
- We are always looking to improve the compatibility and functionality of traXR, please contact us if there a specific integration you are interested in.
- Can traXR be used for other tasks?
- traXR is a visual inspection and data logging tool. Although designed for pathogens it can be adapted to record any visual inspection or audit task. Please get in touch if you have a need or an idea and we can explore it with you.
